The work I offer exists within a simple belief: that postpartum care should not be rare, or privately held, but part of the fabric of how we support new life.

Early motherhood is a threshold that reshapes everything - body, identity, relationship, time. And yet, access to steady, skilled, nourishing support during this period is often determined by financial circumstance alone. This is something I am actively working to shift within the scale of my own practice.

This page holds the structure through which that intention lives.

A community-supported model of care

My postpartum offerings exist within a community-supported framework. This means that each booking contributes not only to an individual family’s care, but also to the possibility of another family receiving support who would not otherwise have access to it.

A portion of each program is intentionally directed into a shared care fund. This fund is then used to create a small number of supported postpartum spaces each year.

Care, in this way, becomes cyclical - held collectively, and passed forward.

A limited number of supported spaces

Each year, a small number of virtual postpartum spaces are made available at reduced or fully supported rates.

These spaces are not framed as exceptions to the work, but as part of its ongoing structure, held with the same level of care, presence, and attention as all other offerings.

Why this exists

Postpartum care is often spoken about as a luxury, when in reality it is foundational.

Rest, nourishment, and steady support in the early weeks of motherhood shape not only recovery, but long-term wellbeing, for both parent and child. Yet so many families enter this period without the resources they need to be truly held.

This model is an attempt, within the scale of a single practice, to respond differently. Not through scarcity or exclusivity, but through shared responsibility.

If you are looking for supported care options, or if you have the means and would like to contribute further to the care fund, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Every inquiry is met with warmth, kindness, and non-judgment.

A wider circle, held gently, and always expanding.
