Private 1×1 Therapeutic Yoga

Private sessions are one-on-one, therapeutic containers designed to tune the instrument of the body.

Through body reading, hands-on adjustments, and restorative poses using props as scaffolding, we refine how you organize yourself in space - addressing injury, imbalance, and habitual patterns.

Using physical forms, we access deeper layers of perception and response, allowing the practice to extend beyond technique into a more integrated experience of the body.

Corporate Yoga

Corporate yoga sessions are designed to support employee well-being through accessible movement, breathwork, and stress reduction practices. Offered in-person or virtually, sessions focus on reducing physical tension, improving posture and mobility, and helping individuals reset mentally before, during, or after the workday.

I am currently available for both individual events (such as during your company’s wellness week), or for ongoing sessions to support your employee’s longterm.
