This work begins in the prenatal weeks, gently preparing the foundations for postpartum life through rhythm, nourishment planning, emotional grounding, and practical preparation for what is to come. Receive weekly, on-going 1×1 meetings and education to establish a supportive scaffolding to hold you through the fourth trimester. Once your baby arrives, support continues in real time, meeting the shifting landscape of your days with presence and steady guidance. Held remotely, this offering creates continuity through transition by helping you orient, adapt, and feel resourced as you move through this new phase of life.
The virtual program is made to support you for 6 - 12 weeks, depending on your personal needs and timing.

Together, we look at your current reality in terms of your energy, digestion, sleep, emotional state, support system, birth plan, etc - and create a plan to gently start to implement supportive rhythms to carry you through the fourth trimester.
