Analog Movement

A home for exploring human motion

After years of watching the wellness world get louder, shinier, and more disconnected - Analog Movement is something different. So much of modern wellness has been packaged, commodified, and sold back to us with the promise that if we just buy the right thing, follow the right trend, perform the right ritual, we’ll finally become “well.” But wellness isn’t a luxury product. Wellness is for everybody and every body. A communal experience shaped by our environments, our relationships, and the world we live in.

Analog Movement is a return to the tactile - movement that feels like warm clay, soft light, deep breath, and the quiet pleasure of inhabiting your own skin. Here, movement is not about achievement or optimization. It’s about nourishment and exploration: movement freedom, fascial unwinding, breath that expands you from the inside out, a celebration of our own individual body. It’s yoga, strength, mobility, restorative work, meditation, and creative exploration woven together into a practice that feels human, not performative.

This is a return to the analog - the sensory, the present, the shared human experience. In a world that has overcomplicated and commercialized what it means to be well, we come back to simplicity, connection, and the undeniable truth that we belong.

I invite you to grab a cup of something delicious and warm, put on your comfy clothes, and let’s explore on the mat. Together.
