Subscribing to Analog Movement by Jessica Moore Bergstrom gives you unlimited access to all live and recorded videos for a recurring price of $25 per month, or $250 annually. Each video will be able to be accessed in your membership portal. To become a subscribed member, click HERE.

Each week will vary, but you can expect on average 3 new classes weekly. Classes will be anywhere from 15 - 60 minutes in length. You can find the weekly schedule HERE, which will be updated every Sunday.

Live classes coming in 2026! All live classes will be recorded and uploaded onto your membership page so you can practice whenever is most convenient for you.

All workouts can be done with just your body and your mat! Two blocks, or block substitutions, can be really nice. If you want to enhance your experience, you can find a list of my favorite props HERE.
